    Another email from a friend, Hi Patrick, Sun Trust also suspended my line , while courting me for a mortgage. I think that if you need to, you can reapply and most likely get a reduced equity line. As far as I know all the banks are doing this to be able to sift out the weeds. Give them the opportunity to adjust. the best Brian
